Exhaust air operating mode
The metal grease filter cleans cooking fumes and odors by absorbing the grease components and other small particles in the kitchen fumes. Depending on requirements, the exhaust air pipes can either be connected to the exhaust air duct or routed to the outside.

Operating mode recirculation
It is not always possible to connect the extractor hood to the ventilation system. In this case, Kaiser extractor hoods can work as a filter system. The metal grease filter first absorbs the grease components and other microparticles from the cooking vapours, then the odorous substances and microparticles are passed through the activated carbon filter. Cooking vapors and smoke gases return to the kitchen cleaned.

Aluminum corrugated pipe
The 150 mm diameter aluminum tube used in the exhaust air mode is easy to handle and assemble, can be bent and stretched in length as required, does not require any additional fastening thanks to its light weight, and is also very durable for aluminum corrugated tubes. When connecting tubes with 120 mm tube, use the supplied adapter.

metal grease filter
This durable filter is made of rustproof materials (stainless steel and aluminum). The grease filters should be cleaned every two months in the dishwasher or by hand with a mild detergent or liquid soap during normal hood operation.

activated carbon filter
This filter is made of chemically treated activated carbon with a high absorption capacity: it is able to retain particles of pollutants weighing more than five times its own weight. The activated carbon filter is able to remove various odors, smoke and vapor impurities. Install the activated carbon filters for working in recirculation mode.

Perimetric suction
An even air intake can be achieved with different types of extractor hoods. These extractor hoods ensure a constant supply of air through the slots along the entire perimeter of the hinged panel. Charcoal and/or fat filters are hidden behind this plate. The Venturi effect, named after the Italian physicist Giovanni Venturi who discovered it, allows suction at the perimeter.
