Barbecue function
In barbecue mode, food is cooked over a longer period of time (from 2 to 20 hours, depending on size) at a temperature of ~180 °C. This makes the food surprisingly tender and flavourful. This makes the dishes surprisingly tender and flavourful!
Teppan Yaki function
Teppan Yaki is a Japanese way of roasting food on a special tray, which is called Teppan Yaki in Japanese.
In Teppan Yaki mode, the food is heated to approximately 230 °C. Due to the high temperature, the intensity and speed of processing of the products increase, allowing them to retain their beneficial properties and bright flavour.
Glass ceramic hobs
with induction heating elements require a very short heat-up time. The maximum temperature is reached in just a few seconds, saving time and energy. With this result, glass ceramic hobs are similar to gas hobs. They are made of the highest quality vitroceramic material and are characterised by their elegant design. Hobs are safe to use and easy to clean. The heating elements are controlled by an infinitely variable energy regulator.
Residual heat indicator
To protect the user, the Kaiser ceramic heating surfaces are equipped with residual heat indicators for each cooking zone. The LED indicator lights up as long as the temperature of the corresponding cooking zone is above 60°. This enables energy-saving reheating of dishes when the hob is already switched off.
Boil-off electronics
Enables automatic temperature reduction to the desired temperature. This is how it works: when switched on, the cooking zone is heated to the maximum and then switches back to the desired power.
Hobs with facets
The bevelled edges of these hobs are not only aesthetically pleasing, they also make cleaning easier.
