Exhaust air operating mode

The metal grease filter cleans cooking vapours and odours by absorbing grease and other small particles in the kitchen vapours. Depending on requirements, the exhaust air pipes can either be connected to the exhaust air duct or routed to the outside.

Recirculation mode

It is not always possible to connect the extractor bonnet to the ventilation system. In this case, Kaiser cooker bonnets can operate as a filter system. The metal grease filter first absorbs the grease components and other microparticles from the cooking vapours, then the odorous substances and microparticles are passed through the activated charcoal filter. The cooking vapours and fumes are cleaned and returned to the kitchen.

Corrugated aluminium pipe

This aluminium pipe with a diameter of 150 mm, which is used for exhaust air operation, is easy to handle and install and can be bent and stretched in length as required. Thanks to its low weight, it requires no additional fixing and the corrugated aluminium pipes are also very durable.

Metal grease filter

This durable filter is made of rustproof materials (stainless steel and aluminium). The grease filters should be cleaned every two months in the dishwasher or manually with a mild detergent or liquid soap during normal operation of the bonnet. To connect pipes with a diameter of 120 mm, use the adapter supplied.

Activated charcoal filter

The material used for activated carbon filters is chemically treated activated carbon, which has a high absorption capacity: it is able to retain particles of pollutants weighing more than five times its own weight. The activated carbon filter is able to remove various odours, smoke and vapour impurities. The activated charcoal filters installed in the cooker bonnet operate in recirculation mode.
