Empire cooker bonnets are equipped with quiet, high-performance motors and bright, economical lights.

Elegant solid metal mouldings, handles, control buttons,
the surround of the recessed spotlight catch the eye and make the kitchen appliances look
kitchen helpers look solid and have an antique flair.

Suitable for exhaust air and recirculation operation. A suitable activated charcoal filter for recirculation mode is included in the scope of delivery.

Technical data:

Exhaust air function:
The various vapours and odours generated in the kitchen are cleaned of grease and other fats by the metal filter and passed on to the outside. The exhaust air pipe can either be installed in the exhaust air duct or routed to the outside as required or desired.

Recirculation function:
Not all buildings offer the option of connecting the extractor bonnet to a ventilation system. In this case, Kaiser extractor bonnets can be used as air filters.

Corrugated aluminium duct:
Simple in operation, the 150 mm diameter exhaust air pipe for extractor bonnets for exhaust air operation is easy to install, it can be bent and stretched as required, it requires no additional fixing due to its low weight. The corrugated aluminium pipe also has a long service life.
When installing the exhaust air pipe with a diameter of 120 mm, use the adapter supplied.

Metal grease filter
The long-life filter is made of rustproof materials (stainless steel and aluminium).
During normal operation, the grease filters should be cleaned every two months in the dishwasher or in a bath of mild detergent or liquid soap.

Activated charcoal filters
For carbon filters, chemically treated activated carbon is used, which has a high absorption capacity: it can trap dirt particles weighing more than five times its own weight. Carbon filter copes perfectly with the removal of various odours, smoke and vapour impurities. The activated charcoal filter is installed in the kitchen extractor bonnet for recirculation mode.
