Frame and inner panel are white in white glass. LED lighting glass ensures optimum illumination of the cooking surface. The various functions of the extractor bonnet (light, level control and timer) can be controlled via the "Touch Control" control or remote control.

A motor inside the cooker bonnet with an output of up to 750 m³/h provides sufficient power. This is regulated via three power levels

The metal grease filter cleans cooking vapours and odours by absorbing the grease components and other tiny particles in the kitchen vapours. Depending on requirements, the exhaust air pipes can either be connected to the exhaust air duct or routed to the outside.

It is not always possible to connect the extractor bonnet to the ventilation system. In this case, Kaiser cooker bonnets can operate as a filter system. The metal grease filter first absorbs the grease components and other microparticles from the cooking vapours, then the odorous substances and microparticles are passed through the activated charcoal filter. The cooking vapours and fumes are cleaned and returned to the kitchen.

The aluminium pipe with a diameter of 150 mm used in exhaust air operation is easy to handle and install, can be bent and stretched in length as required, requires no additional fastening thanks to its low weight and is also very durable for corrugated aluminium pipes. When connecting pipes with a 120 mm pipe, use the adapter supplied.

This durable filter is made of rustproof materials (stainless steel and aluminium). The grease filters should be cleaned every two months in the dishwasher or manually with a mild detergent or liquid soap during normal operation of the bonnet.

This filter is made of chemically treated activated carbon with a high absorption capacity: it is able to retain particles of contaminants weighing more than five times its own weight. The activated carbon filter is able to remove various odours, smoke and vapour impurities. Install the activated charcoal filters for working in recirculation mode.

Uniform air intake can be achieved with extractor bonnets of various designs. These extractor bonnets ensure a permanent air supply through the slots around the entire circumference of the hinged panel. Carbon and/or grease filters are concealed behind this panel. The Venturi effect, named after the Italian physicist Giovanni Venturi who discovered it, enables air to be drawn in around the perimeter.
